Guidelines

1. Keep your recovery phrase safe

• Write your 12 words on paper, in order. Store them offline, somewhere only you can reach.
• Never type your phrase into a website, form, or chat. Never share a screenshot of it.
• Aptosys support will never ask for your phrase, private key, or passcode.
• This website never asks for a recovery phrase, email, or wallet address.

2. Before you send

• Check the full address, not just the first and last characters.
• Send a small test amount first when paying a new address.
• Keep a little APT for network fees.
• Transactions are final. Aptosys cannot reverse them.

3. Watch for scams

• Unknown tokens can appear in your wallet. Do not visit links in their names.
• Be wary of anyone promising guaranteed returns or asking you to “verify” a wallet.
• Download Aptosys only from the App Store.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Aptosys to break the law, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering, or fraud laws, or to harm others. Do not attempt to tamper with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app.

5. Report a problem

Found a bug or a security issue? Email support@aptosys.app. Never include your recovery phrase.
